main reason for this was the patent (EP 2.058.868) that discribe the way how to browse thrue your photo's

Solution for samsung to solve this:
just make an emergency update, and remove the photo browser from the phones default config, then there should be no issue.

in fact they could offer it as separate download in the market, that way the user have to install it by themself.
