By the way, my NOD32 antivirus prevent SRS Client from starting, had to switch it off.

SRS Admin: some Antivirus function also as firewall, they block the traffic to our server. in case of any problems, just disable firewall option, or grant access to the application

Message: Had a small problem with it not unlocking my I5700 Galaxy Portal on T-Mobile so gave the staff a quick email. They replied within a day with the correct instructions for my phone and now its happily running on Orange.

Message: I purchased a Sam T629 unlock code and downloaded application to unlock with cable. It said everything was done unlocked but the phone showed wrong card. I sent email and tried to call. Waited for a while for an email. None. I decided I would try connecting with the application and SRS apparently gave me opportunity to read the phone again for the codes. I don't know what exactly happened except that when I programmed the unlock code manually it worked. Including the trouble, it took about 2 hours. Great team. Thank you!!!

Message: great service, impeccable even. On a saturday evening i wanted to unlock my samsung J600, something went wrong. I sent an email, saying what the problem was, even on a very late hour around 12 o'clock in the evening, the responded and they refunded my 3 credits. At the end of the evening i managed to unlock my phone! thank you!

Message: I'm using a Samsung S5230 Star. At this site I was able to unlock my brand new phone with it's original USB cable.
I downloaded the Samsung drivers and the Samsung Remote Client because the RPL Logger site doens't work here.
I wasn't able to unlock my phone so I called Robert from SRS. He sent me a link with the RPL logger and in a few minutes (I must say 'we') we unlocked my new S5230!
I'm happy and the money is worth every penny!

Message: I got my brothers samsung U900 locked with phone freeze after trying to unlock it to any network with the wrong codes i found on the internet. Thaught i was going to have to buy him a new phone after taking it to 3 shops paying a 10er each time and getting no luck, i tried Roberts service. The first unlock failed but rob (the guy who runs the service) talked me through a number of alternatives he provided and it worked. I honestley recommend this servicew to anyone.Robert is a genuine person who will guide you through every step and even offered to refund me if it didnt work. However it did and I couldnt be more ecstatic. Thank you Rob you are a legend!!!

Message: I was a little bit apprehensive about using an online unlocking service - especially when you hear about a lot of scam sites. However, I took the plunge after a couple of stores said it'd take them 2 days to unlock my Samsung Pixon!!

After the initial setup, it took the server around 20 seconds!! Phone now perfectly on all UK networks (including Three)and I'm very happy. I can't get over how fast and easy this was. Will definitely spread the word and return in future.

Although the software did not automatically unlock my phone (due to a bug in my firmware), Robert was still able to run diagnostics against my phone and provide an alternative solution. Message: Robert and the team at SRS are absolute legends. I tried to unlock my u900 at several online retailers and was given a dodgy code causing phone freeze. I asked around and was told there was nothing I could do about it, but then found SRS. For 20 Euros they unfreezed and unlocked my phone saving it from becoming a paperweight. Many Thanks, Jo.

Message: I was scared to use this software because in the past I used the Davinci team software to unlock my Sony Ericsson k700i and their software killed my mobile phone. I'm glad I used 123Unlock though, because it worked and has unlocked my Samsung G800! There are 2 things I was add to help people...firstly, for the G800 (and some others) you need to run sam3g.exe and not the other .exe (this isn't in the instructions). Secondly, when you run srsupdate2.exe, the instructions don't tell you which option to choose under Control (MSM6275 etc). I was worried I'd pick the wrong one and kill my phone! Fortunately, when you click Port Search it selects what it thinks is correct.

Message: Robert, the director, was awesome. After more then 2 months trying to get weird codes from At&t, eBay, etc ect, I found this software. My samsung a727 phone was not on the list so i thought i'd just take a shot in the dark and send an email to 123unlock. ON A SATURDAY NITE (late!) i received my response. I wasnt clear on my 1st email but the Director was awesome and guided me through every facet. I now have my wonderful A727 working with my Italian sim card (plus my At&t one still works too!) Message: I was very untrusting of an unlock service in the Netherlands being in the UK myself. When I tried the software it didn't seem to work and I feared my suspicions were correct.

However, within minutes of sending 123unlock an email I had a reply, and the guy there actually sorted my problem straight away.
