Step 2 - Check the available services for your Samsung I9128E

I9128E Unlock Instructions:

1. Buy an account and install the software
2: On the phone type *#9090# Select option 2 (DM/DUN over HSIC) (if available)
2: Type *#0808# or on older devices type *#7284#
3: Set USB to AP (PDA)
4: Set USB settings to DM+MODEM+ADB
5: Go to Menu(Apps) > Settings > Developer options and make sure USB Debugging is enabled
6: In the Samsung client press RESCAN (make sure QCOM Diag port is detected)
7: Now press Direct Unlock to reset all locks.
